Brief.
In 2013 Channel Assist launched their field marketing service, providing in-store promoters (both permanent, ‘tactical’, full-time and part-time) and regional/territory sales teams.
Recruitment volumes were high, with c250 in-store hires per annum across the UK, and requiring specialist technical skills for the regional teams. Time-to-hire and cost-per-hire were critical.
Advanced Talent Strategies was engaged to effectively operate as the Channel Assist internal recruitment function for Channel Assist, with a team of up to 4 supporting the account.
Outcome.
Advanced Talent Strategies succesfully recruited multiple in-store campaigns over the course of the next 6.5 years and regional teams for McAfee, Bose and Bosch. Head Office recruitment included a Finance & Operations Manager, Data Analyst and Client Account Director.
An applicant tracking system was implemented and managed, with c1500 candidates added during that period and still used today.

2023 hires include a Business Development Manager (Robert Bosch) and Regional Sales Manager (Marshall).
