Inivos, with sites in Peterborough and King’s Lynn, provide a range of Infection Prevention and Control NHS automated solutions and decontamination systems for hospitals and healthcare environments.

Brief.

Inivos had been experiencing rapid growth over the last two years. Despite having their own internal recruitment function, the sheer volume of vacancies meant a reliance on 3rd party recruitment agencies resulting in high costs and a poor ‘candidate experience’.

Advanced Talent Strategies was given selected positions to recruit as Internal Recruiters for Inivos over a period of 4 months.

Outcome.

11 hires were made between July and October 2021:

Purchasing Manager, Project Designer, Chemist, Paralegal, Brand Manager (x2), Goods-In Manager, Business Development Executive, Social Media Expert, Administration Assistant, Goods-In Supervisor.

Cost-per-hire was reduced by 40% and the process was completely seamless for the candidate.
